Data Policy – Kebbi State Data Capture Portal

The Kebbi State Data Capture Portal is a project of the Kebbi State Government to capture various data of the people in Kebbi State for the purpose of proper documentation and planning.

This Data Policy aims to lay out:

  • the way your personal information is collected and processed. “Personal information” means any information that could identify you, such as your name, your mailing address, your email address, your location and your IP address;
  • your rights regarding your personal information;
  • who is responsible for the processing of the collected and processed information;
  • to whom the information is transmitted;
  • if applicable, the website’s policy regarding cookies.


COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Bio-data

We collect personal information including your first name, middle name, last name, date of birth, gender, phone number, email address, residential address, local government of origin and any other data required which will be captured by this policy.

Graduate, skilled and unskilled youth portal

We collect personal information including educational qualifications, programs applied, other skills you have and any other data required which will be captured by this policy.

Small and medium businesses portal

We collect personal information including name of business, business ownership, business registration number, business address, number of employees and any other data required which will be captured by this policy.

Farmers portal

We collect personal information including name of farm, farm location, farm registration number, name of cooperative, type of farming engaged in, major crops grown, number of employees, farm productivity and any other data required which will be captured by this policy.

Women in business portal

We collect personal information including name of business, business ownership, business registration number, business address, number of employees and any other data required which will be captured by this policy.

  • Documentation of graduate, skilled/unskilled youths in Kebbi State.
  • Documentation of small and medium enterprises in Kebbi State.
  • Documentation of farmers in the state.
  • Documentation of Women in business in the state.
  • Economic and programme planning.
  • Match opportunities on applicant’sbehalf.

Your personal information is also collected through the interactivity between you and the website. This personal information is collected through the following methods:
